HUFFMAN’S RED PEPPER & CUCUMBER DIP

HUFFMAN’S POTATO CHIP DIP
INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g Cream Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp Huffman’s Chilli Pepper Sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (deseeded and diced)
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber (deseeded and diced)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley

METHOD:

  1. Mix all ingredients together using a spoon until smooth.

TO SERVE:

  1. Serve with chips, crackers or on lightly toasted bread
